White House Rejects Trade Case Vs. China

Both Xinhua and the AP have reported on the White House’s rejection of a request by members of Congress that the US bring a case against China at the for manipulating its to gain unfair advantages: “In a statement, Neena Morjani, a spokeswoman for U.S. Representative Robert Zoellick, said that the administration believed pursuing such a case would undermine diplomatic efforts the administration is pursuing to get China to change its policies. ”
