From Interfax : “BlogChina.com, the largest blog portal in China, has acquired the country’s third largest blogging service provider Blogdriver.com, BlogChina Content Director Kang Guoping told Interfax.
‘This acquisition was initiated because our two blog sites are complementary to each other,’ Kang explained. ‘Blogdriver has advantages in technology, while BlogChina offers extensive and sophisticated content.’
After the completion of this acquisition, Lu Liang, Founder and CEO of Blogdriver, will join BlogChina as the company’s new Vice President.”
