Microsoft to launch MSN China with Shanghai Alliance Investment

Microsoft also said it plans to acquire certain assets of Shenzhen-based mobile software and service company, Tsinghua-Shenxun Science & Technology Co Ltd (TSSX), and to work with TSSX to deliver MSN mobile products and services to Chinese mobile phone users.
