Parents of internet addicts are turning to the courts to make the industry pay for allegedly destroying — or even taking — the lives of their children.

Zhang Chunliang, head of the China Economic Herald’s Centre for Prevention of , said he had been instructed by the parents of 63 online game addicts to initiate a group action lawsuit against the industry, Xinhuanet reported.
