China to blacklist dishonest academics – UPI

China has pledged to issue a blacklist of dishonest academics to stem the tide of false research results and plagiarism among academics and scientists.

Science Minister Xu Guanhua vowed he would name and shame guilty researchers, the South China Morning Post reported Thursday.

The Ministry of Education said it was conducting its own investigation to find out how deep the problem was.
