Want to work in a place where you can work out and swim a bit? You should apply for a job at the Tanggu District government. 
The thing is, the Chinese govenment almost nevers hire foreigners. Sorry, no privilege as a lao wai whatsoever this time. 
But just check out the photos of some of the posh facilities at the government twin-tower buildings, which are called by locals “corruption buildings,” or two packs of cigarettes and one bottle of wine. Take a look and you know what I mean. [More text will follow, stay tuned]
