U.S. and China Expand Air Links – AP

The United States and China have signed an aviation agreement that will double commercial passenger departures by 2012 and allow unlimited cargo flights between the two countries, according to a Transportation Department news release.

The pact was signed Monday by Transportation Secretary Mary Peters and Minister of Civil Aviation Yang Yuanyuan of China. [Full Text]
