Mr. Li Lianyu (李连玉) is the Party Secretary of Pizhou (邳州) , Xuzhou city, Jiangsu Province. He is also one of 2200 delegates who just attended the 17th Party Congress in Beijing. Photos above show the grand ceremony organized by the Pizhou government to “Welcome Secretary Li’s Glorious Return From the 17th Party Congress.” Pizhou’s population is 1,620,000.
