“Olympic Fine Arts 2008,” a cultural event organized by the International Olympic Committee and Chinese Olympic Committee, kicked off here Thursday morning. The organizers will invite well-known artists from over 80 countries and regions to display their works in the event, whose themes are “Sports and Olympism” and “China, the World.”
