Welcome to the new CDT. We have moved to WordPress publishing platform and have upgraded some features to be more streamlined and efficient. And, after several months of malfunctioning, the Comments, Archives, and Search functions should once again be working. A note for our regular readers: For posts that CDT aggregates from other sites, the link to the original source article has moved, to the very bottom of the post, under Origin. As always, we welcome your feedback on the stories we post in the Comments forum attached to each post.
We hope that the changes will make it easier for our readers to browse and search information about China. Inevitably, the transition will bring with it some bugs, especially over the next few days, which we will fix as soon as we can. Please bear with us during this period, and let us know if you experience any problems while surfing our site.
