Policy has been enforced by the Neplai Govt. All the names of the protestors, their age and address were listed and rumour is that they could DEPORT to Tibet depending on their inidividual status in Kathmandu. It is widely believed that it is the Chinese Embassy's instruction that they are making the list and anything untowards will point Chinese as directly responsible as such. This information is being given through mobile phone from the detention centre.
