not so surprising.

The subtle way he made the point that much more care was taken to censorship than to peoples lives, that was on target, very important. But didn't you notice the sleaze way that the guy makes a point of saying that the gov't removes "problems" with movies or "anything wrong" with movies, and saying things like why can't the gov't inspect milk "as much as" movies. It totally eludes that movies are inspected for the well being of society (which they are not, they are inspected mainly to protect the CCP from it's dirty secrets they dont want anyone thinking about, so disgusting.) Very sleazy way of making it appear that the gov't is right in censoring films.

The point is, the CCP cares about maintaining lies that keep up its own false legitimacy in the country. it does not care about people whatsoever, I'm sure the party would LOVE to subvert morals just enough to make a deal with the rich in China to gas chamber 90% of the population and live a rich life with no one around to complain about truth and justice. If anyone thinks the CCP actually cares about people, they are super dumb, how can they care about people and control them so tightly, control what they say and think, kill them for this or that claiming that all the killing has led to the progress of the country, disgusting.
