Performance Artist Confronts Chengguan Officers in Kunming

A performance artist in Kunming put a yoke around his neck – a punishment for prisoners in ancient China – and covered his clothes with 100 yuan notes on a public street. During the performance, he was confronted by chengguan (urban management) officers. Photos from China Buzz:
