		<description><![CDATA[The US gun control policy or lack thereof is indeed a long-term problem that is exacerbated by a very strong and ruthless gun lobby led by the NRA. So the PRC gun control policy seems more reasonable and closer to international norms. But this has nothing to do with human rights issues such as freedom of speech and freedom of assembly and freedom to organize an opposition party, and attempts to yoke these unrelated matters together are made in bad faith.]]></description>
