Anne Henochowicz is the Translations Editor at China Digital Times. Her writing has appeared in Foreign Policy, The China Beat, the Cairo Review of Global Affairs, The Postcolonialist, and Nieman Reports. She is an alumna of the Penn Kemble Democracy Forum Fellowship at the National Endowment for Democracy. Before tracking Chinese social media, Anne studied Inner Mongolian folk music at the University of Cambridge and The Ohio State University. Her master's thesis on folk music and Mongolian identity is available here.
