Technical name for swine flu. To combat swine flu, China initiated an aggressive quarantine program among other measures. Perhaps because of these measures, or because of China’s geographical isolation from other swine flu regions, the pandemic was relatively mild in China. To educate people about swine flu, airplane passengers were shown an educational video featuring dancing, rapping pigs.
