Xuanxuan

萱萱 (Xuānxuān): Genie

Genie Chuo.

Nickname for the Central Propaganda Department used frequently by journalists and media managers. Taking the sound of the first character in “propaganda” (宣传 xuānchuán), Xuanxuan is a flirtatious nickname for Taiwanese pop star Genie Chuo (卓文萱 Zhuó Wénxuān). “Genie” may also be written with the first character for “propaganda” (宣宣).
