信韩寒不脑残 (xìn Hán Hán bù nǎo cán): Believe in Han Han and you won't be brain-damaged
This is a saying that followers of Han Han say (only half) jokingly. The phrase follows the grammatical form of a well known Christian saying, “Believe in Christ and obtain eternal life” (信耶稣得永生 ) that is based on John 3:36 (“He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life.”)
Han Han is an author, singer, race car driver, heartthrob, and China's most popular blogger. Han Han's writings are often critical of the government and are occasionally blocked by web censors. Han's writing is often mixed with humor and clever phrases, but also sharply reveals the hypocrisy of the Party's propaganda and sheds light on other social problems.
In 2010, Han Han was included in Time Magazine's list of the 100 Most Influential People of 2010.
