曹操（公元155年－220年3月15日），字孟德，小名吉利，小字阿瞞，沛國譙縣（今安徽亳州）人。東漢末年著名的權臣、軍事家、政治家、文學家和詩人，三国时代曹魏奠基者。曹操於建安年間權傾天下，在世时官至司空、大將軍，自任丞相，爵至魏王，谥号武王。曹魏建立後其子曹丕追尊其為武皇帝，廟號太祖。(维基百科曹操)
