藏区连环自焚事件是自2009年2月起，发生在中國部分傳統藏區内的一系列藏人自焚事件。截至2017年11月 (2017-11)，已有约至少150名经报道的喇嘛、女尼或包括農牧民在內的藏人自焚，其中约至少126人死亡，被西藏女作家唯色稱為「是近代史上最偉大最慘烈的政治抗議浪潮。」根据媒体报道，这些自焚者的主要目的是抗议中国政府对藏区的高压统治、宗教限制、同化政策，並且要求讓西藏流亡精神領袖達賴喇嘛返回西藏。中华人民共和国政府将事件归咎于中国境外的藏独势力，称系列的自焚事件与“达赖集团”的煽动教唆直接相关。(维基百科藏人自焚)
