骗婚，是以婚姻为诱饵诈骗钱财，或用欺骗手段缔结婚姻的行为，俗称“放鸽子”是最常见的婚姻诈骗形式。 我国法律规定因欺诈缔结的婚姻属于不可撤销婚姻。 一方故意隐瞒欺骗对方不利结婚情况，债务纠纷、性取向、家庭情况、婚史、身体缺陷或疾病等。
