高耀洁（1927年12月19日－），汉族，艾滋病防治活动家，被稱為「中國防艾第一人」。因揭示中共河南李長春當局造成愛滋病蔓延而遭河南當局整肅，被迫於2009年8月出走美國，現居纽约曼哈顿。據披露，高出國前曾獲時任副總理吳儀誇獎及李克強的關注接見，高向吳儀說「我是醫生，一看見病人，我的腳就挪不動。」香港《爭鳴》雜誌報導，朱鎔基總理，親自點名李克強擔任河南省領導，收拾李長春留下的愛滋村問題。(维基百科高耀洁)
