This phrase comes from a northeastern dialect of Chinese but was made popular in Mandarin by Hu Jintao in a speech commemorating the Communist Party in January 2009. This phrase comes from a northeastern dialect of Chinese but was made popular in Mandarin by Hu Jintao in a speech commemorating the Communist Party in January 2009.
