When two QQ (instant messaging) companies, Tencent and 360, launched a bitter business dispute, Tencent wrote a letter to its users stating the company had made a "difficult decision" to stop operating its software on computers running 360 software. Netizens immediately seized on the phrase "difficult decision" to mock the company's insincerity.
