Hu Haifeng is the former CEO of Nuctech, a company that was the subject of a 2009 bribery investigation by the Namibian government. The investigation probed Nuctech's lucrative government contracts. As of October 3, 2013, a Baidu search for Namibia yields a number of results. However, searches for “Namibia Hu Haifeng” (纳米比亚胡海峰) or "Hu Haifeng" (胡海峰) notes that some results did not display due to relevant laws and policies.

“On the basis of relevant laws and policies, part of your search results did not display.”

The forbidden query causes Sogou even more serious indigestion, shutting down access to the site for several minutes. A Google search produces over 20,000 results.
