墙裂(谴责) (qiáng liè (qiǎnzé)): wall crack condemn

This sounds the same in Chinese as “strongly condemn” (强烈谴责 qiángliè qiǎnzé). This phrase is used as a playful way to say “strongly condemn” but does not seem to have a political connotation related to the Great Firewall of China.
