US Secretary of State Colin Powell, who just announced his resignation<\/a>, said in a TV interview over the weekend that he believes US-China relations are the best they have been in 30 years: “Mr. Powell praised China for taking a major role in six-party negotiations over North Korea’s nuclear program during the past year.
