While it weighs the possibility of providing financial support<\/a> to curb the debt crisis in Europe, the IMF warned Monday that\u00a0China’s economic growth could drop quickly if Europe’s debt\u00a0situation deteriorates<\/a><\/strong>. From\u00a0Bloomberg:<\/p>\n Based on the IMF\u2019s \u201cdownside\u201d forecast for the global economy, China\u2019s growth could drop by as much as 4 percentage points from the fund\u2019s current projection, which is for 8.2 percent this year, the organization said in a report released today by its China office in Beijing.<\/p>\n The outlook expands on the IMF\u2019s warning last month that the world could plunge into another recession if Europe\u2019s woes deepen.
