China’s gross domestic product <\/a> is forecast to grow 10.8% for the full-year 2007, achieving a double-digit growth for the fourth straight year, while its consumer price index <\/a> will likely rise 3.2% this year, a report cited the People’s Bank of China <\/a> as saying on Friday.<\/p>\n
The PBOC’s research bureau said in a research report published in the state-run China Securities Journal <\/a> that it expects China’s GDP to rise 10.9% in the second quarter from a year ago, 10.7% in the third quarter and 10.6% in the fourth quarter, according to a Dow Jones Newswires report.<\/p>\n
