[<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.wsj.com\/chinarealtime\/2013\/07\/11\/xi-jinpings-shrewd-maneuvering\/\"><strong>Source<\/strong><\/a>]<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/chinadigitaltimes.net\/2013\/04\/pla-starts-vehicle-revamp-to-curb-corruption\/\">The removal of military license plates that began in April<\/a>\u00a0is one of Xi&#8217;s anti-corruption initiatives launched to crackdown graft within the armed forces. However, questions remain on <a href=\"http:\/\/chinadigitaltimes.net\/2013\/06\/xis-rare-scolding-of-top-party-leaders\/\">whether Xi&#8217;s fight against corruption is for
