Zhang Tai<\/p>\n<p>\u524d\u4efb\u5f20\u592a\uff1a \u4f60\u653e\u624b\u5427\uff01 \u8f93\u8d62\u5df2\u5b9a\u3002 \u597d\u7537\u4eba\uff0c\u53ea\u5c5e\u4e8e\u61c2\u5f97 \u641e\u597d\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5973\u4eba\uff01 \u795d\u4f60\u65e9\u65e5\u9192\u609f\u3002 \u641e\u597d\u81ea\u5df1\uff0c \u613f\uff0c\u5929\u4e0b\u65e0\u4e09\uff01 \u5f20\u592a<\/p>\n<p><\/p><\/div>\n<p>Netizens quickly shared this ad on Weibo, shocked that a mistress would make such a public statement. \u201cFormer Zhang Tai\u201d (\u524d\u4efb\u5f20\u592a) can also be read as \u201cex Mrs. Zhang\u201d&#8211;readers assumed that a Mr. Zhang had left his first wife to marry his mistress. The wish for &#8220;a world without thirds&#8221; (\u5929\u4e0b\u65e0\u4e09) plays on the title of the film <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/A_World_Without_Thieves\"><strong><em>A World Without Thieves<\/em><\/strong><\/a> (\u5929\u4e0b\u65e0\u8d3c). Mistresses are known as &#8220;little thirds&#8221; (\u5c0f\u4e09).<\/p>\n<p>The paper issued an <a href=\"http:\/\/weibo.com\/1644489953\/A5Ts3ffo6\"><strong>apology<\/strong><\/a> [zh] yesterday, explaining that the ad was actually the first in a series by the cosmetics company H\u00e4nhoo, which later reveals that the \u201cformer Zhang Tai\u201d is the same fictional person as the current \u201cZhang Tai.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>CDT has collected the selections we translate here from a variety of sources and has checked them against official Chinese media reports to confirm their implementation.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Since directives are sometimes communicated orally to journalists and editors, who then leak them online, the wording published here may not be exact.
