The following\u00a0censorship<\/a>\u00a0instructions, issued to the media by government authorities, have been leaked and distributed online. Chinese\u00a0journalists<\/a>\u00a0and bloggers often refer to these instructions as \u201cDirectives from the\u00a0Ministry of Truth<\/a>.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n Central Propaganda Department:<\/strong> Regarding Transparency International\u2019s intention to give Caijing Deputy Editor Luo Changping [this year\u2019s] Integrity Award, the media must downplay the story. Do not report or comment on it.
