The following\u00a0censorship<\/a>\u00a0instructions, issued to the media by government authorities, have been leaked and distributed online.<\/em><\/p>\n Central Propaganda Department<\/strong>: All media reports covering the official launch of reform policies and direct government actions following the Third Plenum of the 18th Party Congress must use content approved by the Propaganda Department. Use information issued by authoritative departments and central government media news releases as the standard.
