<\/a> Lin Miaoke (\u6797\u5999\u53ef)\uff0cthe adorable nine-year-old girl who sang “Ode to the Motherland” \u300a\u6b4c\u5531\u7956\u56fd\u300b<\/a>when the Chinese national flag entered the Bird’s Nest Stadium during the Olympics Opening Ceremony, is now the hottest child star in China. Her image was also on the front page of the New York Times and thousands of other print media reaching billions of readers around the globe. But in a recent interview with Beijing People’s Broadcasting Station<\/a>, Chen Qigang (\u9648\u5176\u94a2), the General Music Designer of the Opening Ceremony, revealed<\/a> that the voice everyone heard singing at the Opening Ceremony was actually a pre-recording of another child, Yang Peiyi (\u6768\u6c9b\u5b9c), a student of the Attached Primary School of Beijing University at Zhongguancun.
