粪青 (fènqīng): fenqing, shit youth

Shit youth (粪青) is the derogatory homonym for fenqing (愤青) meaning "angry youth." The term "angry youth" refers to young people who are extremely nationalistic and who make their voices heard. The derogatory homonym, shit youth, refers to this same group of people but implies that their nationalistic fervor is irrational and even dangerous.
