在中文互联网上，关于“中医”的科学性争议长期存在，比如部分反中医者坚持认为“中医”是一种伪科学，缺乏实证科学的检验。而部分中医支持者则认为“中医”已有“数千年的历史”，它在很多领域具有实践价值甚至“科学价值“。
