Dec. 12, 1987) is a former Olympic diver. In July 2020, her Weibo account was suspended for one year.

Lao Lishi was part of China's Olympic diving team at the 2004 summer games in Athens, Greece. She won silver in the 10-meter women's platform, and gold in the women's 10-meter synchronized platform with [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Li_Ting_(diver) Li Ting]. She continued diving until 2010, when she retired and turned to other pursuits. In May 2020, Lao [https://chinadigitaltimes.net/chinese/2020/05/%e4%ba%ba%e6%a0%bc%e5%bf%97%ef%bd%9c%e5%b0%86%e7%88%b7%ef%bc%9a%e5%a5%a5%e8%bf%90%e5%86%a0%e5%86%9b%e5%8a%b3%e4%b8%bd%e8%af%97%e7%82%b8%e5%87%ba%e4%ba%86%e4%b8%80%e4%b8%aa%e7%b2%aa%e5%9d%91/ reposted] a Weibo post by [[Fang Fang]], the author of a widely-read Wuhan lockdown diary who was turned on by nationalist "[[little pink|little pinks]]" when the news spread that a translation of her account would be translated in the U.S. The post included a link to a Xinhua story about the death of Liang Xiaoxi, a front-line nurse during the [[COVID-19]] outbreak; Fang Fang added only words of condolence, while Lao Lishi did not add her own commentary. Nevertheless, the little pinks pounced on Lao. Lao pushed right back:
