This is a parody of the title of a nationalistic movie called “The Founding of a Republic” (建国大业). The movie, made by the state-owned China Film Group for the 60th Anniversary of the PRC, tells the story of the nation’s founding. You can watch an English preview of the movie here on Youtube.
