德意志聯邦共和國（德語：Bundesrepublik Deutschland，發音：[ˈbʊndəsʁepuˌbliːk ˈdɔʏtʃlant] ），通稱德國（Deutschland），是位於中西歐的聯邦共和國，由16个邦组成，首都暨最大城为柏林。国土面积35.7万平方公里，南北長876公里，东西寬640公里，从北部的北海与波罗的海延伸至南部的阿尔卑斯山，气候温和，季节分明。德國人口約8,322万，为欧盟人口最多的成员国，是世界上人口第三多的发达国家，仅次美国、日本，也是世界第二大移民國家，仅次于美国。其官方語言德语是歐盟境内使用人數最多的母語。(维基百科德国)
