冉建新，男，49岁，原利川市都亭办事处党委书记、主任，因涉嫌受贿犯罪，在巴东县人民检察院异地受审过程中死亡，有关方面通报的死亡时间是2011年6月4日16时30分。2012年1月19日，湖北省鹤峰县人民法院依法判处被告人原巴东县人民检察院反贪局教导员任中海有期徒刑三年，法警大队教导员谭发明有期徒刑一年。(互动百科)
