陳芳明（1947年6月10日—），臺灣作家、黨外運動人士。曾於台灣多所大學中文系任教。創立國立政治大學台灣文學研究所，於2018年退休後仍擔任講座教授並授課至2021年。「施敏輝」是他眾多筆名中的一個。(维基百科陈芳明)
