周策縱（1916年1月7日—2007年5月7日），出生於湖南祁陽，逝世於美國三藩市，美國威斯康辛大學東方語言系和歷史系終身教授，國際著名紅學家和歷史學家，尤其精於對中國五四運動的研究。(维基百科周策纵)
