习近平个人崇拜是指习近平自2012年11月出任中共中央总书记，成为最高领导人后，围绕着他的个人崇拜和政治宣传现象


个人崇拜（英語：Cult of personality；俄語：культ личности）指以大规模宣传手段将某个人在一个社群中塑造成崇拜对象，通常都通过媒体手段将其人格形象理想化、英雄化甚至神化。当政府利用大众媒体、宣传及其他方式予以不容质疑的奉承和频繁的颂扬、美化等等，将某一在世（或已身故）的政治领袖塑造为英雄化、神化、理想化的公众形象，则自然会产生個人崇拜的群眾現象。 這些崇拜与人类本身具有的英雄仰慕等心理类似，但区别在个人崇拜是非自主性的仰慕，必须同時伴随大量可被限制的單一媒介，將一位普通人物，進行一边倒的形象包裝、過度高估的領袖特質等宣傳，在常態下通常人都有缺點，而個人崇拜的民眾卻說無法說出來。此外，對个人崇拜对象的負面批評通常是不被容忍的和不配存在的，會被視為錯誤、反動思想，甚至到了不配合表達效忠（如統一佩戴胸章）就會被整肅的程度，這點是兩者之間的最大差別。(维基百科习崇拜)
