尼古拉·齐奥塞斯库（罗马尼亚语：Nicolae Ceaușescu，1918年1月26日－1989年12月25日），罗马尼亚政治人物。1965年至1989年任罗马尼亚共产党总书记，1967年至1989年间任国务委员会主席，1974年起出任羅馬尼亞總統，為該國首任總統。最後在推翻他的共和革命時被處決。 希奧塞古当政的第一个十年间，与冷战期间其他华沙公约組織国家不同，罗马尼亚对西欧和美国实行了开放的政策。(维基百科齐奥塞斯库)
