Chinese human rights activist, Gao Zhan, who was freed from a Chinese prison after the U.S. government interceded, is now being prosecuted by the U.S. government for selling China technology from the U.S. Zhan pleaded guilty on Wednesday to illegally selling American high-tech items with potential military uses to China.
