Economist reported that China, a country that has suffered from brain drain for a long time, now has more of its students coming back because of the country’s impressive economic growth and favorable government policy. Many returnees hold advance degrees, and the majority of them go into business. UTStarcom and Sohu are both success stories. However, returnees run into problems as well. They can become the target of jealousy, their personalities not well fit-in, and their business plans regarded as too risky.
