Online English Classes

A new Internet portal, from Atlanta-based Asia Broadband Inc. is delivering online English classes for Chinese people living in Shanghai. This portal is partnered with Fudan University and China Telecom. China Tech News reports that over 1.2 billion dollars were spent in China to teach English.
