Microsoft to launch MSN China with Shanghai Alliance Investment

MSN, the online services division of Microsoft Corp (NASDAQ: MSFT) said it will launch MSN China through Shanghai MSN Network Communications Technology Company Ltd, its newly formed joint venture with state-owned investment firm Shanghai Alliance Investment Ltd…

Microsoft also said it plans to acquire certain assets of Shenzhen-based mobile software and service company, Tsinghua-Shenxun Science & Technology Co Ltd (TSSX), and to work with TSSX to deliver MSN mobile products and services to Chinese mobile phone users.
