A large blue flatbed truck is intricately, almost sculpturally, loaded with enormous bags and very long strings of recyclable plastic bottles and containers that tower to a height at least three times as high as the truck’s cab. A pedestrian passes by the truck, parked next to a wall with a colorful lavender mural, without a curious glance.
