AP:Rosneft says no foreign banks in Yugansk buy

From AP, via Russia Journal Daily State-owned oil firm Rosneft raised $9.35 billion for newly-acquired YUKOS production unit Yuganskneftegaz, some from a consortium of Russian banks, Rosneft president Sergei Bogdanchikov announced, the Associated Press reported.
